If you have received an incorrect or faulty product, please contact us so that we can make it right.
For change of mind purchases, we can offer a refund if requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. Product must be unused, in original packaging and in brand new condition. Please contact our customer service team ([email protected]) to advise of a product return. Contact details and order number must be included with your goods. The amount refunded for returned goods due to change of mind will be less the initial shipping cost. International returns are not accepted.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges on returned goods unless the item(s) being returned are as a result of an error on behalf of Ever Eco.
All claims are individually assessed and approved returns are refunded back to the original method of payment. We do not offer product exchanges, only refunds. Therefore, an order is firstly refunded and a new order can be created if desired.
All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Please note, we can only issue refunds for orders placed on our website. If you purchased your product from a retail store or website other than evereco.com.au, please revert directly to your original place of purchase. The eligibility for a change of mind return is subject to the individual retailer's returns policy and proof of purchase may be required from you.
