Choc Pistachio Ice Creams:
Ingredients
2 cans coconut cream
3 frozen bananas
½ cup Greek yoghurt or coconut yoghurt
½ cup pistachio spread
2 tbsp maple syrup
½ cup roasted pistachio nuts, chopped
Dark chocolate, melted (optional)
Method
Blend all ingredients except the pistachio nuts and dark chocolate in a blender or
food processor until smooth and creamy.
Stir through the chopped pistachio nuts.
Pour into silicone popsicle moulds and insert wooden sticks.
Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours.Drizzle with melted dark chocolate before serving, if desired.
